Lucky Draw Entries Criteria
- This lucky draw promotion is only valid at Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore.
- This lucky draw promotion is valid from 21 January to 8 February 2017
- Customer with the total amount of receipts equalling $50 or above at dal.komm COFFEE will entitle customers to one lucky draw entry slip. The first 30 winners will get to take a photo together Gary, while the next 100 winners will receive his autograph.
- There will be a total 100 winners for autograph opportunity with celebrity guest and a total of 30 winners for photograph opportunity with celebrity guest.
- Lucky draw submission must be completed in full by hours (GMT +08.00) 8 February 2017. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of this lucky draw promotion. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
Terms and Conditions
- Entry to the lucky draw commences on 21 January to 8 February 2017. Lucky draw entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry and will not be entertained.
- Winners must produce proof of identity e.g NRIC or work permit pass and the printed prize notification email on day of event.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Entrants are allowed to submit unlimited entries, however, each IC number is entitled to win only once.
- Winners of the lucky draw will be notified by 9 February 2017 via prize notification email from which details of the photograph and/or autograph session will be stated.
- Winners who do not turn up for the event on 11 February 2017 will be forfeited and voided.
- Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
- Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image voice and/or likeness by Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to:
(i) the contest,
(ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from this lucky draw promotion, Dal.Komm Coffee Singapore at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions.
